Our Care Staff

We recognise that for most of our clients the most important people in our organisation are the care, nursing and support workers with whom service users will have regular contact. We take great care in recruiting, training and supervising our staff.

Our staff are trained and experienced  professionals who have been carefully selected for their outstanding skills and approach to their work.

All of our staff undergo a rigorous induction training programme, four "Care Quality Assessments" a year, attend individual supervision sessions with their manager, attend our "Reflective Practice" groups, have an individually tailored training and development plan, re-attend our induction programme each year as a refresher, receive feedback from any unannounced "spot checks" carried out by our management team, have an annual appraisal of their work related performance and participate in our annual "Staff Satisfaction Survey" to ensure to ensure that we have a happy and motivated team of staff.

In addition to all necessary clinical training, our staff receive intensive induction training and continuing professional development at our offices in Brighton.
