Brunswick Care is a small, local "care at home" organisation providing high quality home help, home care, home support and live-in care services in Brighton and Hove, Sussex.
We work with people who prefer to receive care and support in their own home or in the community, rather than in a hospital, a care home or in another institution.
Each person we provide care to has a small number of regular carers working with them, so our care is personalised, consistent and delivered to a high quality. The same people will provide the care consistently.
What Do We Offer?
We provide home care, home help, home support and healthcare services to men, women, children and families in their own homes and in the wider community.
Providing help with daily living tasks such as shopping, preparing meals and domestic chores.
Providing help with personal care tasks such as administering medication, bathing, dressing, toileting and help with feeding, diet and nutrition.
Helping with tasks such as rehabilitation, emotional support, companionship, therapy services, hobbies and interests, social activities, attending appointments, vocational training and study, taking trips out, as well as regular monitoring visits to check on the well-being of a family member.
Providing 24-hour live-in care, where care is provided at your home, around the clock, 7 days a week.
Independent Living Services
Providing household cleaning and repairs, gardening tasks, removal of household waste, mobile hairdressing and complimentary therapy, computer installation and IT training and support and dog walking and pet care.
We Have Small Teams of Regular Carers...
As a small, local care agency, each person we work with has a small, regular team of people providing their care, headed by a Care Co-ordinator, who will oversee the people working with you and ensure that care is provided to the highest possible standard. You will never open the door to a stranger and each person working with you will know you well and have a sound understanding of the kind of care you need and how you would like this to be given.
We Arrive on Time...
As our care is personally tailored, we will arrive at an agreed time, carry out tasks requested and treat each person with dignity and respect. If you want us there at 8:30am...we will arrive at that time!
Using the latest digital technology, we have an online rota so that each client or their family members can see who is visiting and at what time. In addition, we also operate an electronic "real-time telephone monitoring" system (RTTM), so that our Care Managers are notified if a carer is late, so that other plans can be made and calls cannot be missed. Our recent records show that we start at the agreed time on 98% of our visits.
